This timepiece uses Swiss produced mechanical movements (clockworks) with automatic winding capabilities. The movement winds itself automatically through ball-bearing rotors that translate the movement of the internal levers into mechanical tension. Using elastic pivots, the Incabloc®-Shock Absorbers ensure that the pins of the balanced wheel arbor do not break when impacted. 25 rubies are used to minimize wear and friction of the moving parts. The time itself can be set in second precision with the use of the second-stop mechanism, which stops the balance wheel and the second hand of the timepiece when the crown is pulled. The movement features a power reserve of 38-40 hours and has a frequency of 28,800 half-oscillations per hour.
