Instant Paypal payment is presently the only method of payment.

  • We will only ship to the confirmed Paypal shipping address given with the payment.  

  • For assistance changing your confirmed address, please contact PayPal directly.  

  • We reserve the right to refund any payments that Paypal deems as possible fraud or if the amount is incorrect. 

  • To avoid initiating an unpaid item claim, please pay within 48 Hours.

FREE Shipping:

 

This item will be shipped to the Lower 48 States ( United States ) only and we will use either USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. Extra surcharge for AL and HI buyers.

  • The shipping rates listed are only for residential or commercial destinations in the continental 48 United States. If we ship to other locations it will be listed and it will require an additional shipping charge, please ask us if you have any questions.

  • We only ship the item to the Paypal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the correct shipping address in your PayPal account before making your payment. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.

  • Sorry, we are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO.

  • Most of our items are shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • Shipping time during holidays may take longer than normal.

  • Most of our orders ship within 1 business day. 99% of our order ship within 2 business days. Occasionally, specific orders will require additional processing time and may be delayed further.

Returns & Refunds:

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with our item, please return it back in its original condition with postage prepaid, then we will refund or exchange it for you. All returns will be professionally tested and inspected before refunds are given.

  • We will gladly accept your return within 7 days from the day you accept the item. 

  • No refunds will be given on items that have been opened, sized or used.

  • Returned items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to us unless item is not as described. 

  • All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender. Please email our Sales team( sales@5fingerdiscounts.com )to request the RMA number prior to returning the item.

  • Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

  • The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you, or services performed by anyone other than us.

  • If your item was damaged during delivery, keep all shipping materials and contact us so we can submit a claim for you.
